Spray Gun Oil and Water Separator
We design and manufacture the spray gun oil and water separator, for supply the oiled-free and clean compressed air for spray guns. It can install in spray booths (or be called paint booths) and baking ovens.
For avoiding any trouble during spraying paint for vehicles or other stuffs, we have to make sure the compressed air in the whole working system has been filtered and de-oiled. We have 2 kinds of spray gun oil and water separator for different based paint. One is two-stage fine filter( part code: OWS-A) and another is three-stage fine filter(part code:OWS-B).

Features of Spray Gun Oil and Water Separator
The two-stage fine filter is mostly suitable for oil-based paint, have one stage filter of sintered bronze, which is mainly for separating out water and solid particles up to 40μm, has a long life time and is easy to clean.
The another filter cartridge in micro is for removing impurities such as water, residual oil concentration below 0.1mg/m3 and solid particles up to 0.01μm.
The three-stage fine filter is with one active charcoal filter allows an excellent supply of compressed air which contains particles below 0.005μm.
The automatic condensate discharge valves prevents condensate from penetrating into the compressed air circuit.
The frame is made with top quality materials and ensures perfect operation even under the circumstances where have mists, solvents.
Easily fixed to walls using the special brackets.
You can read the pressure before filtration at the pressure gauge mounted on the first and second stage of filters.
The pressure regulator with gauge allows easy pressure adjustment for spray gun compressed air.
